TVR S2 Chassis Restoration
This TVR S2 chassis has just arrived back from powder coating after undergoing a full restoration. Once assembled this car will be fully wax-oiled and will be good for many many years of service.

TVR Griffith Dashboard Replacement
This TVR Griffith has just had a custom cut carbon fibre dash fitted to replace the old deteriorated wood veneer one.
Here at RT we can make you a dashboard in either Carbon or Aluminium we can also re veneer your dash back to new condition.
With original factory veneers no longer available, our RT veneering service has never been so popular.

Chassis Expertise at RT Racing
TVR chassis can be a minefield to the uninitiated and it is not only the outriggers you need to check. As you can see in the before and after pictures featured below, the lower chassis rail is vulnerable to corrosion. This can be very hard to see with the body in situ and only after lifting the body off the chassis do you see the full extent of what needs repairing. As usual our very own chassis master Peter Hamilton has returned this chassis to its former glory and it is now ready for many more years of life.
TVRCC Members Offer - Rejuvenate that Chassis!
During the winter months RT Racing are offering TVRCC members the chance to have their chassis fully protected at an unbelievable price.
Many TVRs are now reaching that age where they are starting to suffer chassis corrosion and even the most pampered examples can suffer surface rust in some of the most inaccessible areas. With this in mind RT Racing are offering to fully remove your body shell, steam clean your chassis to remove all grease, dirt and any flaky powder coating, and once the chassis is fully dried treat any exposed bare metal on the chassis with a comprehensive coat of rust inhibitor and a finishing coat of anti-corrosive Dacrilite paint.
The final stage of the operation is to liberally coat all chassis members with wax oil, with particular attention being paid to the areas which will be obscured when the body is refitted. Once this has been completed the body shell will be re-fitted using all new mounting bolts. Your chassis will now be fully protected for the years ahead.

Due to popular demand we are again going to produce a batch of two-piece hoods for the TVR Griffith.We last produced these special hoods some years ago and since then customers have been asking us to make them again.
These hoods release much boot space for those weekends away and motoring trips abroad, so watch this space for details...
New Chassis Scope
As part of our on-going investment RT Racing are now able to fully inspect your TVR chassis tubes utilising endoscope technology. Only recently acquired by RT Racing, this equipment allows for detailed inspection of the chassis tubes in previously un-viewable areas such as the tops of outriggers and other areas concealed by the vehicles bodywork.
This inspection can be carried out while you wait and may be viewed on our TV screen.
During October, November and December RT Racing will be offering free of charge, chassis inspections. Just give us a call and make an appointment.
